  5.                 The author owns all copyrights in the software, and 
  6.           owns the trademark under which he distributes the software.  
  7.           Among other things, this means:
  8.                 The software is not public domain software and is not 
  9.           free.  Your rights to it are only those provided by this 
  10.           license.
  11.                 You may evaluate the software for a reasonable 
  12.           period. To use the software after your evaluation period, 
  13.           you must pay for its use.
